is owned by IslandStorm Communications, Ltd. IslandStorm Communications,
Ltd. in turn leases the name to PT. Inti Informasi Semesta, a limited
liability company registered in accordance with laws of the Republic
of Indonesia to develop and manage the website JakartaHotels.com.
As such, PT. Inti Informasi Semesta is the sole and exclusive owner
of any information processed and or collected on or through the
JakartaHotels.com website. |

PT. Inti Informasi Semesta
values your privacy as much as we treasure ours. We only collect
that information that would normally be asked of you when registering
at any reputable hotel. Except when providing this information to
the hotel to reserve and confirm your reservation request, PT. Inti
Informasi Semesta does not currently and has no plans in the future
to sell, share, or rent any information you provide to us to any
other 3rd party.
In addition, just for your information, with the exception of a
brief questionnaire sent to customers to inquire about quality of
your hotel stay, we (PT. Inti Informasi Semesta / JakartaHotels.com)
do not use the information you provide to send unsolicited email
to our past customers. Perhaps we are the world's worst marketing
company, but the way we feel about it is that just because you send
us an email inquiring about a hotel doesn't mean you want to have
a lifetime relationship with us. We believe the value and integrity
of our services are such that you will return and give us the opportunity
to serve you again when your travel plans include Jakarta. |

to link IP addresses with any personal data. |

| Handling Credit Card Information |

JakartaHotels.com takes
every precaution to protect your privacy. When you submit your credit
card details via our web site, your information is protected both
online and off-line. Credit card information is processed through
an encrypted SSL website using GeoTrust's 128 bit QuickSSL encryption
that activates your browser's "LOCK" icon, so that credit
card account numbers and other confidential information cannot be

Your credit card data is downloaded from a pasword protected location
then immediately deleted from the server. Your information is stored
on a hard disk that is physically separate from the office network
and held until your reservation is fulfilled. Once your stay is
complete your credit card data is deleted from our records. |
